We do our best to represent the colors of our designs in photos, however, customers should note that colors shown in photo examples may vary slightly from the actual product, due to variations in monitor colors, resolutions, etc. We cannot guarantee color matches to specific bedding, room themes, etc. Additionally, MANY of our items are hand made to order, and as such, there may be slight irregularity and differences from photos shown (or from one item to another).
Any package that is received damaged will be replaced immediately since they are insured. A photo of the damaged package and item will be needed before a new one is shipped out to you. If your tracking # shows delivered and you did not receive the package, you will need to file a theft claim with the mail carrier.
